Preparing for Your Initial Consultation
It is important to make the most of your time when you meet with your attorney. Prior to your appointment make a list of questions that you want to remember to ask. Remember that all communications with your attorney are confidential and privileged. It is always important to be truthful and honest with your attorney as an attorney cannot fully assess your situation without all relevant information.
